Meet with our Founder and Certified Permaculture Designer, Jamon Mysliwiec, in person on your property for a personal, in-depth consultation focused on your specific land, project goals, and next steps.
This is a hands-on, on-site project consultation designed to help you gain clarity, direction, and a practical path forward for your land, homestead, garden, or regenerative project.
During your consultation, we may discuss:
- Your current project, property, and long-term goals
- Your financial ability to implement a design, and at what level, DIY, or professional hired help
- Your biggest struggles, questions, and limiting factors
- Potential project scope and site-specific considerations for design guidance
- Permaculture applications relevant to your situation
- Design possibilities for your project area
- Best-use areas of the property
- Possible end results and realistic next steps
- Priority actions to help you move forward with confidence
This session is designed as a high-value strategic discussion and on-site assessment, not a full property design. The focus is on helping you understand what is possible, what matters most, and what steps should come next based on your current site conditions, specific goals and unique circumstances.
Everything included with this consultation:
- An on-site one-on-one session with Jamon, scheduled after payment. (Travel billed separately at $1.25 per mile; lodging at $250 per night)
- TIAG App Lifetime Access included — the entry level app access, with complete download rights in its current beta phase, free for life.
-
On-boarding to your private portal at
{yourname}.MyHaven.Space— a dedicated back-end space where your follow-up resources live, including 100% offline downloadable material and resource libraries unique to your consultation. - A curated 5-page project report, written from our discussion — key recommendations, site observations and property facts, project-specific insights, and suggested action steps.
- 10% off for life, storewide — at shop.tiagcommunity.com (products) and HavenPermaculture.com (design & consultation).
- Daily rate: $500/day in Missouri · $1,000/day out of state
Note:
Travel and lodging billed separately: $1.25 per mile from Ava, Missouri and $250 per night, due before departure.
